I was never taught how to lead meetings. This is a very well thought out approach to making meetings meaningful and productive. I recommend it for anyone who wants to improve meetings they either chair or participate in.

A decently written account of common sense that can be applied to a meeting. However, the book fails to bring any surprising or outstanding solutions that will improve your meetings. A bit of a disappointing read.
