Great book detailing the road to the 1947 partition, the riots, politics, & violence accompanying it, and issues faced by both Pakistan and India as a result of it. Portrays grievances of all sides (Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs). For someone who wants a detailed account of the partition, this is an awesome source!
