Alright. I don't usually rate books I don't finish, but I read 64% so I think I got far enough to judge this one. The whole thing was very disturbing! I started this series because of it being to help abuse victims and yada yada, and the first book I liked enough, even though it was a different abuse than I expected. But this one took it to a whole new discusting level. I think this book is a crazy abusive relationship. Collins is so messed up from his past and Samantha is going to be the one to fix him. Blah. And she has her own problems and a past where she was almost raped. But I am sure his disallusioned way of looking at love, and her fear of being touched and getting intimate are the perfect match for each other. She is going to show him that sex can be with someone you love and loves you back. And he is going to show her that it can be pleasurable. Ugh! So many things wrong with this story. I hated the descriptions, the language, and it is in serious need of editing. I guess if you are a lover of dominating, controlling men with a Casanova bed and cameras for every angle then this book is for you. But I will not be recommending it to anyone.

What I liked about this book is that Kailin gave the reader a more in depth look at the characters. I especially liked Sam. Her issues were explored a little bit more as she started remembering things about Billy, the boy that hurt her. She sometimes shut down when those memories came back but there was a scene where she showed her strength. She is a fighter and I just thought that was amazing. She also loves Collins enough that she wants to help him. The end of the book has me questioning just how much she is willing to help him. There is a person from Collins’s past that appears and she just gives Sam the ultimate ultimatum. Things just got real…BAM!

Of course my favorite character is Collins/Daggers. He just offers up the smexy. The way Sam describes him has me swooning “Beautifully flawed, handsome, and sexy hot beyond belief Collins McGregor.” See what I mean *Swoon*. The mere thought of him leaves Sam blushing, he’s a raw, edgy billionaire, vulnerable as Daggers. He loves Sam but fears she will not be able to handle the dark side that he is trying to overcome.

I really wanted to eat cookies as I was reading this book. At Sawyer House Derek makes these delicious chocolate chip cookies. We learn that in the first book and it’s mentioned again in this book. However, the part that had my subconscious telling me to buy cookies today at the store was the scene where Collins and Sam are at her house. Sam’s mom offers them cookies and lemonade. The way Collins handles a cookie is Hot. Let me share it with you. “He reached for one of the cookies, and when I thought he was going to take a bite, he brought the cookie up to my mouth, pressed the edge of the cookie against my lower lips and used it to open my mouth so that it was in my mouth before I knew it, and I had to take a bite with him still holding onto the cookie. When I took a bite of it, he took the cookie away and bit the cookie right in the area where I had just bitten it. He stuck out his tongue and traced the rest of the area on the cookie where I’ve bitten while fixing his icy blue eyes on me. ‘Yummy.’” This book was not lacking in the hotness department. I was very happy to see it. And by the way I did buy some cookies today. I will think of Collins/Daggers as I am eating my Pepperidge Farm Milano cookies.

Even though the book has a lot of hot, sexy scenes it does not take lightly the seriousness of the issues that the characters are dealing with. I think Kailin writes wonderful stories and with this series she has brought to the attention of the readers issues that are not easy to deal with. She has brought to the spotlight the issue of bullying, sexual harassment, molestation, etc. What I like about her books is none of her characters are victims for long. She shows how the characters reach out for help in positive ways. There’s the Sawyer House where callers call in with their issues and can talk anonymously with someone. There is Gail, a psychiatrist. She shows that there are resources out there for those who need help. I just think this book offers a great story line. One that offers more than just the sexy, romance. Kudos to Kailin on another worthwhile book. I am now anxiously awaiting the next installment.
Happy Daggers Dreams ;)

Finding You Finding Me is a great sequel to Saving You Saving Me. Kailin has definitely upped her game with this book!

Sam and Collins are still trying to overcome their demons and move on from their pasts, but can they both move on together? Sam's past comes back to haunt her in ways she never expected. Can she deal with her past and still move on with Collins?? Collins wants to move forward with his relationship with Sam, but it is too much for her to handle?? These two have lots of hurdles to overcome!! But don't forget about Derek. Derek isn't going to just walk away from Sam, not when he knows that he can help her move on from her past.

I love the intense emotions that are felt between Sam and Collins. There is no denying their attractions and they understand one another so well. I love how hot and bothered both Sam and Collins get around each other - it makes the scenes so much better! Kailin does a great job with her writing where this book just comes to life!

Kailin does a fantastic job of roping you into Collins world and getting a better understanding of where he comes from. But also, you see what he is trying to let go so he can move on with Sam. You also feel Sam's emotions as she tries to understand Collins more and become more in tune with her own emotions and feelings, especially when Collins is around.

This is definitely an intense and emotional book. I can feel all of Sam's passion for her job, her emotions and feeling towards Collins, and her fear of her past. I felt like I was walking in Sam's shoes throughout this book.

Kailin also doesn't leave anything out in the bedroom and non-bedroo scenes between Sam and Collins!! Those scenes definitely leave you wanting more!

I can't wait for the next book to come out in this series!!

**SIDE NOTE**
Kailin brings a tough issue to light in this book and it's not something to take lightly. Bullying and abuse is not something to be taken lightly and happens to everyone at any age. Please never turn a blind eye to this - everyone can help prevent bullying and stand up for others.

Well I have to say this book was not at all what I expected from Kailin Gow. Don’t get me wrong I loved it loll - but its saucy - over 18 - Adult and with some really suggestive moments that I alone was sheepishly grinning at.

At some stages This rich - handsome - torn male reminded me of Mr Grey . However I dont think that Mr Grey was half as adventerous as Collins. - Dagger. ( blushes )

This second instalment certainly has some on the edge of your seat moments, I must say that my heart was certainly a flutter and panic mode at one stage. Which of cause spurred me on to read more.

The characters are certainly not flawless, they have past they want to move on with, and in this instalment one of the main characters can. Sam faces her demons head on, and this alone scared me shitless!

The ending - I have to say I didn’t see coming. I’m a little concerned for Sam as to how her future will go. Her meeting with the Judge and how it will turn out for sure!! A twist I didn’t see coming one of many throughout this read.

Finding you, finding me is a contemporary romance filled with social issues, action, hot characters that will certainly have your toes curling and some scenes that will have your blood pumping.

It contains slight mentions of Sexual fantasies some may not feel comfortable with. Situations, alone that will have you either cringing or sheepishly going ohhhh ( blush lol. )

Overall - Finding you, Finding me - with leave you with a cliff-hanger and wanting more. But rest assured - 'The story moves along swiftly and there's never a dull moment. I look forward to the next instalment!

Holy crap! Ms. Gow has done it again!!! Just when I thought Sam and Collins were going to get their HEA! Really Judge!?! The cliffhanger just about sent me over the edge! What will the little kitty do next? Will she come out and play, or leave with her tail tucked between her legs?!?
Well Winter is nearly 1/3 if the way through. Spring will be next. Then I'll get to find out what happens in the next installment!

Book 2 keeps you interested for the next one. I suppose it's a good bridge. I'm just not big on patience. One demon has been faced the other one appears to be a bigger challenge. It'll be interesting to see it play out. It is absolutely not a 50 spinoff. Give the author some credit!

This review is going to be difficult to write because I loved the first book so much, but I have to be honest. This book was absolutely terrible! It was nowhere near what I expected it to be.

I knew from the way things were going in the first book that sex was going to be a big issue, but I was ok with that. However, this book was more vulgar than sexy...it was downright off-putting in some places. This book picked up with the sex end of the story and that's basically all Sam and Collins talked about through the majority of the book. They talked about sex...not their relationship in general and how twoo abuse survivors would work together to build a strong, healthy relationship. That seriously threw me off the story. I also felt like the story was paced entirely too fast, which made it feel forced to me. I mean, this story had great potential, but the author failed to follow through on it by not developing the characters and story a little more. I also felt put off by the author's portrayal of Derek in this book. He seemed to caring and understanding in the first book, but in the second he just wanted to jump Sam's bones. I just felt like the entire story could have been improved upon to at least seem less forced and more adhesive (story wise) for the readers.

I know this author typically delivers amazing writing, which gives me a great deal of hope for the third book. In fact, that's the only reason I'm even contemplating reading the third book. I hope it gets better and I hope that the author fully realizes Collins' character in the last installment.

Wow I am amazed I finished this so fast and was surprised when the epilogue came up as suddenly as it did. Just goes to show how into the story I was of Sam and Collins. Finding You, Finding Me took quite a different twist than the first book which was more on the side of the teen center and helping people. This time around was more erotic with Sam being more introduced in the dark world that Collins loves so much.

I was actually very proud of Sam in this book for making so much progress. At first I thought she would never get help for her issues but slowly and thoroughly she got over those bumps in the road to having a better relationship. Collins was even more sinful and wicked if that's even possible. I still find it amazing for one character to be such a successful business man and also be such a playboy that could get anyone going. There were a lot more scenes with him and Sam together that I definitely couldn't get enough of. There is also the official introduction of Tate, Collins' younger half brother, but with the same information from the last book. It's still a small part leading into the final book so that will be very interesting to read. The ending totally took me off guard, I definitely didn't see it coming and I didn't expect the book to be ending at the place it did. With all the steamy scenes and also some action scenes, Finding You, Finding Me had my complete attention and I can't believe there is only one more book in this awesome series.

We continue the Story of Sam & Collins in this book. Now that Sam has the truth of ollins past and an idea of what he wants from a relationship will she make the choice to stay, or will she take the money he has offered and leave for her dream of attending Stanford?

In this book we delve more into Sam’s troubled past and what has made her who she is today. We watch as she remembers all of the horrible things that happened to her. We also learn a little more about Collin’s past and meet a Character that helped make him the way he is today. We read as both characters try to move on from their pasts and try to make a successful relationship.

Again Ms. Gow will pull on your heart strings, when you read about the things these two young people have had to endure. The ending left me with my mouth hanging open. I hope to get the last book soon cause I just have to find out how things end !!

I loved this book. The only problem I didn't like was that the villain kinda gave up a little quickly for me but I'm fine with that.

We start off with Sam having a safe deposit box from Collins and he is still in Europe and she is taking back a letter. Hmm. What is that? Don't worry you find out in the first 3 chapters. Derek still likes her. He needs to get over that.

A couple parts she lets him kiss her, which I don't understand at all.

Oh, you meet Collins younger brother, and he is just like him in the way he grew up. Shame.

This book is just as good as Saving You, Saving Me. Except for some errors that I noticed. I cannot wait for Freeing You, Freeing Me.

2.5 stars! I wish this was a better edited follow up to the much easier to read first book. I like Daggers and Sam together but I felt this story was rushed and not well developed. I'm not certain what will happen with this strange cliffhanger and I will read book 3 to determine the outcome here, But I've lost my attachment to the main characters. I feel this author could be great if she had a good editor to guide her writing and help her give some depth to these very sensitive issues she is writing about.

I love that the secrets are gradually disclosing.... I'm glad to finally meet Billy and Tate.... I hope things would be better for Tate.. He deserves a chance....I also feel sad for Derek....He needs to find someone else to love....Collins is doing everything he can to show his undying love for Sam.. He even bought that Cassanova Bed!However, I'm not really into that videotapping thingy....I hope there will come a time to halt this madness.. And there came The CLIFFHANGER! I'm literally hanged with that ending.... Sam must learn to be a bitch this time....

This was much worse than the first book and completely fell into the category of fifty shades. The only positive thing about this book was its writing which wasn't as pathetic as similar books and this fact made me read it till the end. However the last chapter when Sam went to a club to meet Collins's former lover whot turned out to be a domina and who told her that she would teach her how to keep him made me nearly hurl. No next book for me thank you very much.

I did not like this book. It left me feeling unresolved, which is weird since nothing was actually unresolved. I believe a second book in a trilogy should help you understand the characters and what makes them tick, where they want go; I didn't get that from this. I'm on the fence about reading the third book.

She is such a good author, the second book was great but frustating, they have such great chemistry but screwed up childhoods. It has bits of "50 shades of grey" (especially for him, now the cause of his problems now APPEARS, left hanging as usual and next book not out until Summer 2013. GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't care for this book much. It felt forced an choppy.

Collins seemed to teeter on more vulgar rather than sexy.

The story has potential but it just felt like it lacked depth and setting.

Things were so conflicted an staged at the same time.

Not sure I'll be following up on the next book

This book is confusing. I don't believe the insta-love at all.

How does an 18 year old virgin go from never dating to being ok with making sex tapes with a billionaire man-whore?

And the ending? Where did that come from?

It was like I was reading several different books and they got mashed together.

Meh... Still doesn't read like a Kailin Gow book... And I'm still not liking the 50 shades plot, but whatever... I will read the third book because I would like to see it through. Maybe it'll get better. One last comment, this book really needs some editing.
