This is a very good book about strategy. It explains strategy as prioritization (chapter 2: managing competitive advantage), execution (chapter 5: execution) and sequencing (chapter 6: quality control). The problem with planning is it tends to go into detail tactical level such as the number of initiatives (100+) or satisfy many stakeholders (fgd, discussion). The strength of this book is it covers not only the planning but also execution.
