This book is a shorthand to the Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™) material. You will get a lot from reading it and you would get much more by going through the ORSC™ training and certification. I loved reading the book. Every chapter gives you a pretty sound view of what is needed and how to create solid, efficient teams that work well together. The book is also illustrated with real life examples. The book is a remarkable effort to bring into one volume the very extensive ORSC™ curriculum. It is useful for those that are looking into group coaching and it is great resource for those that have already experienced the ORSC™ curriculum and/or certification processes. I read it in the middle of my certification process, a few days before my residential period and it provided me with an excellent review of the material to be ready for the residential.
