With great trepidation, the hunters step through the portal in Xanvir’s dungeon.
They are resolute in their to investigate what lurks beyond the sinister portals appearing across the Ulvic Islands, and to rescue Alice – in the slim possibility that she made it through the portal in the mines of Aglian alive. Yet they never anticipate the world which waits beyond. A city of the darkest of designs. A city in which waits the most colossal of threats, poised to destroy the Ulvic Islands, Tiberia – and their entire world. It will be down to the hunters to return to Xanvir with news of this terrible discovery, before evil strikes. Their chances of nearly impossible. But together, they are their world's final hope. Episode, it’s an episode and I’m so happy the author chose this format. I get to read a part of a great story, and feel like good because I’ve finished something. This series of episodes has been consistent. Good world building, character building and pretty good sort of love triangle-ish… This episode went someplace I was not expecting both in location and storyline. I’m still here and I highly anticipate finding out what happens next.
Now that they are all in the Dark city and they find Alice with the help of her friend Rybuk they will have to find a portal in order to help save Alice from all of her injuries and warn the other cities on what is to come. Rybuk is brave and he knows what he has to do in order to save the rest. Another great book in the series. Lots of intense moments
