The best handbook yet. For those in the field of training tutors or directing a learning center, this book is a must read. Valuable for novice and experienced educators. I found it to be helpful as a resource and not as a complete "cover to cover read through." I will have this close at hand and refer to it often. Excellent views, ideas, and helps for directing a college tutorial or Learning Center and teaching peer tutors.
