This book is based on a true story showing the suffering of elderly people who live alone and struggle alone with their diseases. This old man Kevin represents many cases around the world that suffer in silence. In addition, this book deals with the love of money among some medical staff that preferred money over their principals and morals, taking advantage of their scientific knowledge to exploit the weakest prey that came their way, such as the old man Kevin. He doesn’t have anyone to guide him or check the amount of medicines and tests that are not necessary to buy them. In the end, the corrupt medical staff pays a heavy price that cannot be repented of.
