This book is great as far as NA books go. It isn't utilized nearly enough. At least, that is the case in my area. On the area level, I am sure people have at least heard of it, but I don't know who has read it. As for individual groups and various committees, that's different. Nobody who chairs my home group has heard of it, i'm sure. This is just something everybody who is sincerely interested in getting into service work should read. Even if you're just going to chair meetings or set up or make coffee. It's all important, but it is also important to have a good sense of the purpose and what we want to accomplish, being mindful of our primary goal and how to achieve that through our service as well.
