My granddaughter (4 years old) and I enjoyed this sweet little book. She has two little siblings now and it is important for her to learn the importance of sharing. The rhyming is fun, the illustrations clear and straight forward. I recommend this quick read with a good message.
This nice easy rhyming read, with colourful cartoon drawings, has a great message about sharing that kids can relate to and become more like Good Little Bear.
A simplistic book that your children will enjoy for a single read. The story is very plain, and was heavily carried by the cute drawings of Bear, Beaver, and Fox. At 99 cents, it's arguably worth a read, but because there is little in terms of re-read value, you might want to consider lending it if one of your friends has it on Amazon.
Bear Learns to Share (Fun Rhyming Children's Books) by Lily Lexington Good rhyming book for children. Illustrated colorful and easy to follow along. Like all the animals in this book and how they interact with one another. He never shares his honey with others. He learns over time that others won't share what they have.... Other works by the author are highlighted at the end.
We're great fan of Lily Lexington!... Love the drawings, the rhymes are simple enough for 3-4 year olds and funny, the lessons are always really worthy! The kids are now 5 and we keep going back to Lily's books :) Thanks for the free download! Got me to know the author and I've purchased and read other titles that are also great!
This story immediately reminded me of Winnie the Pooh, although Pooh was always a generous type. When the tables are turned and we are forced to admit our faults, it is much easier to turn the tables back around and better ourselves.
This was a short story about a bear who wouldn't share his honey with his friends, so soon they stopped being friends with him. I thought this was quite good, but my three-year-old wasn't impressed.
I read this book to my three year old and he seemed to like it. When I finished reading I asked him what did we learn and he said "share" so I know he was paying attention. I thought it was so cute and loved the rhyming.
