This book is all about the cubes. The basics of hexagonal one-block wonders are covered and there's a big emphasis on how to make the different types of cubes to introduce in with the rest of the hexies. If you like the cubes and only want one, one-block wonder book in your collection, this could be a good choice for you. The cube info could be useful for any hexie quilt, not just one-block wonders.

A review of the older One-Block Wonders, with the addition of nine million variations on those horrible cube shapes she likes to toss into some of her quilts.
I hate them. Oh, how I hate them. They ruin the whole quilt.

The blocks that repeat chicken heads or cowboys make me laugh. I was just curious about what else these ladies had done with this technique. They are brilliant.
