Studies In the Scripture, Series 11. The Studies In the Scriptures series was originally released while Johnson affiliated with Charles Taze Russell and the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society. However, in 1918 a schism developed and Johnson split to form The Laymen's Home Missionary Movement, one of three " Bible Students " organizations that developed from the schism. Eventually, Johnson was able to re-publish the series in 1937. While the books as re-published by Johnson appear to faithfully reproduce the original Watchtower / Jehovah's Witness texts, they are not Watchtower publications and would likely be considered apostate by Jehovah's Witness followers.
