Well luckily this cost me nothing thanks to my new Kindle ( and thanks to J & B for getting it for me for Christmas ❤️) One of the things I love about the kindle is that it gives me access to many different books for little to no money that I am interested in and without having to worry about wasting money on something I may feel is a wee bit chancy. I have been interested in the idea of Chakras for a while now. I’m not sure I entirely believe in the idea of them and yet I don’t disbelieve either. A perfect place to be when looking to understand a teaching that is entirely different from my understanding. But, I reason, there’s a great deal that is outside of my understanding so I’m learning to not be so definitive in what I think or believe.
This was a very short book with fairly basic teachings which was perfect for me as I’m not really looking for anything too involved at this point. Perhaps it was too short? Perhaps there could have been a wee bit more? The book is predominately focused on exercises that are supposed to unblock the chakras and most of the pages are pictures illustrating the exercises. It really doesn’t go into why that would be important. So either you sit and do the exercise and in a few weeks your chakras are unblocked or you sit for a few weeks turning your hands in clockwise and counterclockwise circles at each of the points of the chakras and nothing happens other than you’ve wasted your time and looked pretty silly. Only way to know I suppose is to do the exercises but somehow I can’t imagine feeling compelled or committed enough to do so for the required time it would take to feel the effects and I can’t say that anything in the book made me feel compelled enough to do so. Maybe I’ll give it a reread and see if I missed something the first time around.
Have been interested in learning about Chakra balancing . Had 3 deaths within months of each other was.already depressed. A friend recommend Reiki treatment for me . Enjoyed it very much . Have been reading about balancing .This book was a very easy read and I understood what you were.saying without a lot wasted.words. Will look at.more.book by this author.
Straight to the point, exercises well explained, at the front of the book (so no need to read lots about chakras if you already know about them). Information well presented. I would recommend it to anyone interested in balancing their chakra, the technique is well explained with photographs to support.
Proof that simple is always better. In the space of 45 minutes I have an effective means of balancing my chakras. Bravo. Goodbye to long winded, complex, overthought methods and the authors who over compensate with too many words. Chakra Balancing Made Simple is just that, simple. And proof that less is more.
This is new information for me. Never heard that chakra could be balanced physically. Techniques are mentioned and there is a step by step guide with pictures. Definitely helpful

Easy to understand and to the point. Most things I've read dive too deep for newbies and get people lost which isn't the point this book leaves me feeling like I know the basics and I can start helping myself. A+

This book is really great for beginners. It has introduced the Chakras, their nature, how to heal them etc. This book will be very useful if you are starting out on Chakra Balancing.
Very informative I .would still like to know more , it's good to know more about emotions .I've read other books on understanding my pain ,now I know my symptoms.I'm now learning to balance my chakras and doing my very first reiki healing myself ASAP 😇🙏😊

A simple introduction to chakra balancing for beginners. This would be helpful for someone who is totally new and would like to be aware of what and how of chakra balancing before deciding whether that is the path they wish to take.
It techniques for clearing the chakras was easy enough to follow. The explanation of the chakras was simple, and not intimidating to follow. I will have to practice for the next two weeks to see how I am feeling, but I am hopeful.
