This was one of the first books on negotiating that I even bought as a hard cover. The principles helped my career and when I felt "stuck" with a negotiating problems -- would pull the book out. It was one of the first big sellers and I know that several other authors have built on these ideas -- but it is one of the BEST in my mind.
