Picked up because despite my computer experience I had never used Power Point and needed to use it for a class presentation. The book turned out to be unnecessary. I skim read it anyway and picked up a few small points. The book's presentation is thorough and visual, but includes some very basic instruction. Unless you have essentially no experience with Windows or other Microsoft Office programs like Word, there is little to be gained from this book.
