Ben Robbins, a Florida native, has slightly better punctuation skills than his co-author. A writer most of his career, he is now a published author. He knows this because his name is now on the cover of a book. When not writing books, he enjoys traveling with his family, exploring the outdoors and working two jobs to pay the bills. He takes great pride in being extraordinarily humble, but of course would not want you to know that.

Born and raised on Florida's Space Coast, Ben works as a marketer and consultant in the software industry. Together with his wife Lam, he has spent many years exploring foods and customs from around the world.

Ben and Lam live in Tampa, Florida together with their two young children, Theodore and Naomi.
