Cute drawing style and a rather in-your-face attempt at integrating something "intellectual" into a graphic novel format. Too bad they couldn't have done it in a manner that was more Blues Clues than a method that integrated it into the storyline.

Good for math, science or kung fu teachers, and not a bad little graphic novel in its own right.

I love puzzles! But like... who puzzle checked this? There was a little clock puzzle where the analog clocks were wrong. The small hand pointed to the three and the large pointing to 10ish was supposed to be 3:52, not 2:52, what gives there? But another time in the story the background clock looks right. But the story was oddly charming and emphasized learning based on effort rather than talent which was fun.
I sort of wish there were more puzzles.
