am one of the people who is always trying to find the positive in everything. I believe that everything, good and bad, that has happened in my life has guided me to a better life. I found that I could identify with the principles of this book. This will definitely be one of those books that I pull out to reread whenever I need a little refresher.

Pretty good book. It can help you develope your sence of gratitude and become a happier person. The authors say this can improve your business as well because people like to do business with happy people.

It has excercises and activities for improving your gratitude...and pages for making notes.
