This book is mostly just bloat, but in its 3rd edition, it has a couple of useful techniques at the back end. I can't imagine the 1st edition had any use whatsoever, because it mentions everything that's been added since then, and it seems like most of the book. Even still, it's mostly filled with anecdotes and long, winding sentences that do little more than flaunt the writer's use of NLP language in sections that could be 1/4 as long as just as useful. Honestly, it reads more as an advertisement for her services than a book, in earnest.
