It's a great book about math, which I would think, especially teachers could benefit from greatly. Includes very interesting problems from number theory, statistics, analysis etc. which actually are presented as a sort of "story" narrative.

As for the quality... this is one of those hardcover books you could beat Osama bin Laden to death with, and it probably wouldn't fell apart. But we will never know now.
