I got this book from the authors blog where it is given for free once someone subscribes. It is a short book that can be read in one sitting which definitely wasn't the case with me. It's not a book you would want to rush through.

This is a book for those who like me, hate change with a profound passion. It is for people who when they experience a slight change of things in their lives, they get literally sick. It is for those who complain through an entire transition process.

I loved this book because it makes sense and is full of wisdom.

I have given this book 5 stars not because the author is my friend and I wouldn't want to disappoint her but because I enjoyed reading it and it spoke to my heart. I therefore encourage you to go to her blog here--->http://intentionaltoday.com/, subscribe and the book will be in your inbox in no time.
