Complete history about Big and small conflicts happened across the world!! Author clearly explained on how so many countries did cultural intervention and business intervention that affects the existing people in the country and how can we trascend and transform the conflicts!! Simple and Crisp!!

I liked a lot the visual approach to conflict transcendence. 5 is better than 2.
