I have come to see that visualization may have potential to help in processing trauma, and it may be useful for healing or losing weight. I wanted to understand it better, so I checked out this book through the Amazon Prime lending library, and I failed to find much help. This book merely explains visualization and gives a few exercises to get the reader started. It lacks anything I would define as "science" or an "art," but it's short and easy to read.

Does the job. I bought the book for a quick read on the topic and practice of Visualization and I did find it useful.
