What a beautifully written book! this is a very insightful book full of universal truths, translated into a native american context , i'd say. I found particularly beautiful the explanation of the dual aspect of life- the feminine and masculine aspects of the great spirit, and the unfathomable creative energy that might occur between them, the very same one that has the power to bring entire galaxies into existence!
It almost transported me to another time when men and nature were living together as a sacred one.
It blew my mind . 5 stars.

There is a compassionate force in the Universe that comes to us in many guises, including enlightened Native American leaders. This manifestation of God's love describes itself as both angelic and extraterrestrial. There is a review of the history of the human race and predictions about what is to come.

I was lent this book about 18 months ago. When I first started to read it, it didn't feel apt. I got about half way through before returning it to my bookshelf. Last week I got it out to revisit it and am so pleased I did. It was written in 1987 but everything that Ken has written is starting to come to fruition. The collapse of the political systems and old structures that are no longer serving us. I highly recommend to anyone who is interested in wondering why we are currently going through these changes.

BIBLE OF THE "SPRAYED"

If you are a normal person (that is, you do not believe there are crocodiles in the sewers, or that airplanes are spraying us with "submission chemicals", or that "people in the depths are plotting", or that "vaccinations cause autism") DO NOT READ THIS BOOK unless you have previously used drugs.

A delusional book for the sprayed and the stupid.

This was the first Ken Carey book that I read. I have since read every other Ken Carey book that I can find. What more can I say.

Was a while ago I read it.
Good wisdom. Fantastic story too, although largely unverifiable.

Premise is that native Americans used to live peacefully and in tune with nature and all around them. Then they became fearful and turned into warriors and the ascended masters or bird tribes left earth. They came back later to help forge the 6 nations alliance of tribes. We are still in a warrior mindset but there is hope if we return to love and respect for all things. The book says we are right on the edge of changing back to a society where we realize our energetic nature and leave ego fear and materialism. This was at the end of the 20th century. Still waiting unfortunately. Pretty good , an interesting spin on new age ideas that you find in other books written in last 20 yrs. recommended if you are into Native American culture or would be a nice gift as an intro to metaphysical ideas for younger people.

Yet another book that has changed my life for the better. God did not turn humans away from the garden of eden. It was humans who walked away from truth, the great spirit, love for all living things, and intuition. Humans have in to their egos, parts of them meant to protect their physical bodies. Egos took over and so did fear.
This is a wonderful read with such beautiful words and prose that at moments brought tears to my eyes. If you are on a spiritual journey, this book will give you understandings you’ve always felt but thought you’d never have the words to describe.
Please read this book and see if the language it speaks, speaks to your heart and not your mind.
Love love love this book. Read a copy from the library and just bought my own as it and the ones in this collection will be my bible.

Giving confirmation to what I have been personally reflecting in my life. An absolutely necessity for those who claim to be starseeds or apart of the conscious community. Talks about the Sioux history. The white buffalo calf woman is in the book for confirmation to the soul mission of many healers. The galactic federation is reference in this book in a subtle way. The last part of the book gets into the incarnation of those who have been guiding humanity with the challenges and assistance for creator's intent for mankind. Many lessons for those wanting to understand what is really happening on earth in the current changes.

Still relevant and prophetic 31 years after initial publication. I had "Angel Bumps" throughout the book. It resonated intensely.

I am a skeptic in regards to the veracity of this book. The author claims that an angel channeled information to him following a gathering of angels in the sky above earth's 33 parallel before coming down and incarnating in humans to bring a new age of peace and love to this planet. The book was first published in 1988, so it does not appear this happened. The stories that the angel supposedly told him are clearly appropriated traditional Native American historical stories. Nathanial Hawthorne wrote about much of it well over a century ago in his book Hiawatha. If you want Native American stories there are plenty of books written by natives you can read or you can read Hawthorne's classic story. If the reading of this book inspires you to be a better, kinder person that is fine. But I do not think this book is honestly based in spiritual truth.

I tried hard to finish the book but i couldnt. I've read many books from Native Americans about their history and spirituality as well as books on spirituality from ancient times and some on religion. The author is mixing a bit of everything, so its hard to believe that he is channeling. Instead i think he is just putting in words his own opinion what might have happened after reading many books on the subject.

This book has some fascinating accounts of spiritual wisdom from native american culture. On the whole though, reading the book was tiring and at times frustrating due to the later chapters lacking a natural flow and the constant repetition of ideas. I had to force myself to go back 4-5 times to read the whole book.

Inspiring, full of enthusiasm for the truth that the author has found inside himself and in his philosophical inquiry on the fundamental questions of life. Who are we, where do we come from and how are we all connected to the universe. Using powerful First Nation imagery to translate a universal message that invites the reader to dive deep inside to connect to his/her own truth.

This book is amazing.

I had a personal experience of utter synchronicity immediately after submitting a school report on this book when I left the classroom and found myself in the middle of a procession of Native American First Peoples, then witnessed Chief Tom Porter of the Bear Clan of the Mohawk tribe plant a peace tree (and bury a hatchet) in Chico, CA.

Incredible and somewhat invigorating story of hope, in what might be seen as being a version of the human path in spiritual development as some 'grand design', repeated as human conditions and global 'trials' rose and fell. It's based essentially, I think, on native American peoples' beliefs.

A great resource when I feel despair and loss of faith in this world. There are” beings” referred here as “ The Bird Tribe”who are guiding us for millions of years. Our consciousness is the last frontier.
The verbiage seems repetitive at times, and the lessons are worth repeating.

Excellent read. Boom really resonated with me. Only the second channeled book that I’ve read and I am pretty impressed with the authors ability to articulate beautiful spiritual concepts so well.

This was given me as a gift, one of great value as it turned out. I have enjoyed birds as "familiars" all my life, so it holds deep meaning for me. Simple lyrical writing including aboriginal creation myth. Wonderful example of the value of oral tradition, channeled as I would expect true ancient oral tradition passes through tribe. I appreciated and experienced this book of the author's much more deeply than his other books, which I did read afterward, but they were not for me. I have re-read this one, though, many times--outstanding.

Amazing to turn to this, suddenly and synchronistically, alongside The Keys of Enoch. This is Enoch (and many other great Teachings of Light), condensed, softer, more accessible. Really beautiful.

I read the first half of the book numerous times, and just recently finished this book. A beautuful way to use symbolism to point to the deeper truth who h can't be named. This definitely reverberates the sound of being called home to the knowing deep within and takes me further out of the noise of the mind.
