A systematic, easy to read and well written book for teachers and teaching assistants who wish to teach English as a second language to adults. Clear learning objectives are set at the beginning of the book, followed by chapters each dedicated to the essential knowledge and skills required to successfully teach in the ESL environment, This book is aimed at USA teachers, but it is equally useful to British teachers.
