This is very interesting and I am totally enjoying it! I haven't been able to listen to the cd yet but I am looking forward to using the relaxation techniques. This book really makes one aware of synchronicity in our lives and how to benefit from it. Though some of the exercises would benefit to have another person working on it with you.... too bad my husband will not go there.
