Excerpt from Aids to the Study of the Maya Codices
The object of this paper is to present to students of American paleography a brief explanation of some discoveries, made in regard to certain Maya codices, which are not mentioned in my previous papers relating to these aboriginal manuscripts.

This is a great paper written primarily on the subject of the Dresden Codex. The Dresden Codex is on of three Mayan Codices that have survived. It looks primarily at the page number sequences and breakdowns. I appreciated it because South American archaeology is a fascination of mine.
