The Getting Unstuck Workbook: Practical Tools for Overcoming by Britt Frank, LSCSW is designed like a textbook workbook and that makes me so happy! I love filling in the blank pages that make me think of thoughtful answers and can be color coded. A book about fear and doubt is always welcomed as I definitely struggle with anxiety in my day to day life. The workbook is broken into five parts and each section has its own theme.

Thank you Tarcher Perigee for the gifted copy.
