Užtrukau skaitdamas, vis paimdavau ir atidėdavau, kol galų gale naujų metų dieną užbaigiau. Bet ne dėl to, kad bloga. Patyręs marketingistas; KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Pepsi ir kiti brandai, bei vadovo pozicija pačiame Yum koncerne. Per savo patirtį ir asmeninius pavyzdžius autorius perleidžia mokymosi temą - kaip vadovai mokosi. Knyga nėra autobiografija, tad gera sintezė, jog pradedama nuo asmeninių istorijų ir pavyzdžių ir sujungiama su jau kitur aprašyta teorija: kietas darbas. Pačios teorijos gali būti jau skaitytos kitur, bet 5* duodu būtent už gebėjimą tai apjungti su ilga asmenine patirtimi.
