Great program and philosophy

I have made this one of my training programs to grab from. I really like the pyramid way of thinking about training so I printed and posted in my home gym. Go check out Cody’s YouTube.

Good template / training philosophy for intermediate and advanced (200+, 300+, 400+; everything at least 5RM) weightlifting trainees that can no longer exploit linear gains. Its main advantage is that it's very flexible and adaptable.
