So starting with the lines of the book. These lines are taken from the book Transformative Practices . Well I wasn't aware of the word The Inner Alchemy resource. But this book helped me a lot to know much more about this.

The main motive of the book is that the readers find their happy place. The book has many ways like meditation, exercises , journalism , grounding and much more. There are a lot of methods in the book with examples that will help readers to grow a mindset that will keep them in a happy place.

The best part of the book is that the author has given several links for videos that one can go and watch for more specific information and guidance. Every part of the story has been divided into points so that readers can understand each and everything nicely.

The book has a total of 22 chapters. The book not only focuses on mental health but also on physical health. There are chapters like drinking , eating and exercising. Every bit of the book is very informative and helpful. The narrative skill of the author is just awesome and the language of the book is super easy and understanding. I really liked the idea of the book and I would love to thank the author for writing such a wonderful book. It was a great opportunity for me that I got to read this masterpiece.
