The updated and customizable version of the Christian Minister's Manual covers how to perform common ceremonies including weddings, funerals, dedications, and ordinations. CD-ROM included.
This book has been helpful in crafting a couple of special services over the past year, as well as beefing up our Sunday services a bit. It gives quite a variety from various traditions, so readers will have to be discriminating. The sample sermons were shallow, but pastors should want to sub their own anyway. From a practical perspective, you will find it to be useful, though I'm sure there are better texts out there.
1.5* Almost deleted it after the first chapter, but continued to the end. Less than a handful of moments worth considering, but cannot recommend wasting time reading to find them.
