Most of the book is prompts for people who've never used AI chat boxes. the other parts were exploring different AI tools. most of this is all already outdated. I wanted the last chapter to be the best, but that was filled with mostly common talk about AI.
there's a lot of AI use cases in appraising that go beyond chat boxes. I believe a book on the philosophy of using AI in appraising and future ideas would be a better book. just my thoughts
