I spent quite an amount of time by coming up with the exact number of story points and dying emotionally through the multi-hour planning session. The idea thar there is another way with comparable outcome is refreshing, to say the least.

This is a very well written and appropriately concise (remember “maximizing the amount of work not done”?) that fully lives up to its promise of how to introduce and use “flow metrics for Scrum teams.” Simply brilliant.
