I absolutely devoured this book - it felt like someone finally wrote the graphics book I’ve been waiting for. I’ve dabbled in shaders and toyed with WebGL before, but this hands-on approach made everything click in a way that felt empowering and honestly kind of magical. I loved how I could build something visual and interactive from scratch and actually understand what was happening under the hood. The way it walked me through 2D interfaces, 3D meshes, and even animation made me feel like I was crafting digital art with purpose. I didn’t expect to get emotional over GPU pipelines, but here we are. I genuinely felt like I leveled up, and I keep coming back to it whenever I want to feel inspired again.

I bought this up on a whim and ended up totally hooked. It's hands-on, clear, and made WebGPU feel way less intimidating than I expected. If you're into graphics or just curious about modern rendering, this one's a surprisingly fun ride.
