Subodh Gupta is the author of the books "Doing Business in India and Understanding Pitfalls" and "Understanding Indian Culture & Bridging the Communication Gap".

He brings a wealth of cultural knowledge and experience about Indian business environment following a career in India where he worked for around 12 years as a government official, an entrepreneur, an editor to a business journal, a guest professor to various MBA schools, a training consultant for The Times of India Group (India’s largest media group) and as a corporate trainer. He worked around 8 years in the UK as a freelance trainer and consultant.

His training experience spans from senior corporate level to journalist, to senior government officials, to MBA schools, to entrepreneurs, etc.

Passionate about developing people skills, he brings fun and interactive learning to his training and is committed to help people achieve their aims and objectives.

Subodh has worked with a number of Indian and International clients, including Sapient UK, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, International Data Corporation, Oracle, DFID UK, Betfair Limited UK, SAKATA, Indian Farmers Fertilizer Cooperative Limited, Delhi Management Association, DSCL limited, The Times of India, Royal Aeronautical Society UK, etc.

Subodh has a Masters in Consultancy Management from CDC-BITS Pilani, India; Diploma in Public Relations (UK) and a Cert in the Training Practice from CIPD UK.

He is also a graduate CIVIL ENGINEER from Institution of Engineers India. A keen yoga and meditation practitioner he has also trained number of celebrities in India and in the UK.
