Understanding and Dealing with Depression by Dr Keith Souter
This book is a pretty good collection of information about depression, its causes, its treatments(including both pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical), and so on. It does not, however, justify its title "dealing" much. Still, it is a good one-stop collection.
