Basics of free mind.

I have freemind and scrapple on my computer and have been reluctant to use them as a mind mapping/ outlining tool. This basic tutorial has given me a little confidence to use these tools. It gives information for both the Mac and pc versions. The author simplified the program and did a great job of breaking it down “Barney-style” for me.

I was taking a course in Life coaching when I purchased this book and it was instrumental in helping me to achieve goals and begin to change my life . I came to realise how impressionable we are as human beings so using the information contained in this book helped me to reassess my life and change it for the better. I didnt realise until I experimented how mind mapping is challenging, you use your logic and the book so amazing.l

It was good

If you don't plan to download the mind map software she talks about, don't download this book.

Basically this is an instruction guide on using the software. I would of loved to see more about the benefits of mind mapping, or different ways to use it. But for am instruction guide this is good :)
