In this book Brian Rabon decsribes Scrum without using information technology jargon. The book is aimed at all kinds of teams that want to use Scrum for managing projects. Interesting read!

For InfoQ I interviewed Brian about managing projects outside software development with Scrum, preventing fall back from agile and dealing with challenges when implementing Scrum in organizations. Read the full review here: Q&A and Book Review of Scrum For The Rest of Us.

This is a great book for someone who is not familiar with Scrum. I really enjoyed the layout and illustrations in the book. It was fun to read and informative at the same time. The book is formatted to highlight the illustrations and visuals. It is one of the best formatted Kindle books I have read.
