It only explains basic things and it touches the surface of Dart, it does not goes deeper inside to explain structures, best practices. There is one application that is explained in the last pages of the book, I think there should have been more examples of real applications. In my opinion this book is meant for beginners and programmers that are not familiar with basic concepts in programming, for mid level or senior 90% of the stuff is already known. To be honest on moment it feels like reading documentation, which I don't like in book.
