This was a fantastic read and must for anyone looking to make money in property - it may not be for the faint of hearted s it really discussed some real "big picture stages" of what can do with making money in property ( way beyond to BTL, Renovate to flip etc ) you know .. The usual stuff

But instead (and what I really like about this book) Rob really discusses and to some extent brings to light what many of the property millionaires / gurus actually do to accumulate wealth and discusses it very transparently ( think some may even wish he didn't - especially if they have a low abundance mindset ) - and this is what I respect about Rob Moore the author and his company Progressive Property - tell it exactly how it is and deservingly so (and not surprisingly) become most likely the top educational , communities and growing companies out there in the world of property

I really enjoy now meeting like minded individuals through there network and really a fan of their work...

Overall it was a very good book mostly focusing on the mindset and high level strategy for succeeding in property investment.

It was a little light on detail of specific investment strategies, it was also a little repetitive and I felt some areas had not been proof read and edited to the same degree that most of the books I read have been.

It wouldn't be the first book I would recommend to someone new to property investment but perhaps someone who was fearful of making that first investment or expanding in to other areas of the industry.

I do like the author's general attitude and outlook on life and I have some of their other books that I look forward to reading shortly.

Decent book. Very little information on the actual strategies.

However this makes sense as they won’t be able to sell their courses.

This allows you to sculpt the mindset and move onto the next stage

If you are new to property investment I would suggest I start with something less advanced! But for the “in the game” property investor it’s a great read and it may add a new strategy to your arsenal!

There is good information available.

This is a good but, but i have seen a lot of repetition of same ideas. But i will recommend this book to beginners.
