Talk about an emotional roller-coaster. This book has its ups and downs and everything in between, with more than a couple loops thrown in, too. The story of Judge and Juniper’s relationship is one of overcoming obstacles, finding yourself during significant life changes, and being open and accepting of those changes as they come. There were times I wanted to shake sense into this pair and there were other times where I just wanted to hug them tight and promise that everything would work out. Now I feel like I’m more desperate than ever to see what’s going to happen next for the Glover family.

This book was so frustrating to me. I stopped and started it a few times before i was able to really get into the story. Judge had been waiting for June to get her act together for 5 years.

What I couldn't understand was how she was so focused on her daughter to the point that she didn't know who she was. The woman started and built a thriving technology company. How could she possibly not have an inkling of being more than a mother of a teenager?

It was completely understandable that her daughter's needs come first, but as a struggling, working single mother, there are so many balls to keep in the air at one time, I found it strange she would focus on that area. It was almost like her professional success was irrelevant.

I also didn't understand why she couldn't find a place in her life for Judge, other than she really didn't want to do that. I get like Judge had a strong faith in God and an infinite amount of patience. I couldn't bring myself to have much respect for the way June treated Judge. I felt sorry for him.

These Glover men really go through some emotional struggles and seem to seek out insecure women. Are all of the woman in this town fraught with significant levels of insecurity? They seem to put each one of the guys through the wringer. Not to say the men are perfect, but it seems like they really get the short end of the stick until his significant other decides she will go along for the ride.

I do have to give the women credit, because none of them are after the Glover money. I also appreciate the updates on all of the Glovers, and the Walkers. The only drawback is that there are so many people, that it is hard to keep track of the siblings, cousins, wives, in-laws, etc. I hate having to go back to the beginning of the book to see how one person is related to another. I don't have that memorized.

I guess the focus of this book is growth, faith, and forgiveness. I would recommend you read it, but definitely don't start with this book. I could not imagine jumping into this series at this point. I am glad Judge and June got their HEA somewhat, but I still found myself being very frustrated.

I voluntarily read and reviewed the Advanced Reader Copy of this book.

The Networking of the Nativity is a laugh out loud one moment, then cry the next. This book is surrounding the on again off again relationship of Judge and June. You would think a 36 year old woman would be mature enough not to call off a relationship every time it starts to getting good and then think she will get another chance with Judge. But, Judge has loved her for 5 years and is determined he can make a marriage with June work. He makes his Christmas display dance to part of June's favorite song when he proposes to her. We will see if they make it to a wedding or if June calls it off as Etta did at her wedding.

Then there is the blooming relationship of Aurora and Oliver. They have been dating through high school and have both decided now that they have graduated and have decided to go to Georgia together to the technology college there that they want to do it married. So a proposal by Oliver in front of all the families at the Big Blue barn at Thanksgiving to Aurora is made and his Grandmother comes up to the mic and announced the wedding will take place in 30 days. Yes, Christmas Eve. Them being only nineteen is scaring their parents. But, they think this will be better than the alternative of what might happen living in Georgia on their own.

As of the end of this book Lois (Don) has 7 children with 5 being married and having a combined total of 8 grandchildren and 2 more on the way. Dawna has 5 children with 4 of them married and a combined total of 5 grandchildren. 37 people total with more coming is a huge family!

Juniper Nichols had a bad first marriage but she was glad for one thing--her wonderful daughter. June was determined to keep her focus on raising her daughter and running her technology business. When she met Judge Glover she was almost tempted to swerve from her goal to avoid relationships until her daughter graduated but she stood firm in her resolve to center her life around being a mother. Judge was smitten with June, the beautiful owner of a technology company whom he had hired to assist him each year with his wifi service in his quest to win the town's Christmas light display contest. But did he have the patience to wait as long as it would take to win June's heart? I loved June and Judge's story and the perseverance that Judge showed in pursuing the elusive Juniper. And there was a bonus romance storyline between Oliver and Aurora that was a treat. I have really enjoyed this series and the growth and changes in each of the family members' lives that the author sprinkles into each book. It's just like a real family with their lives intertwined and involved with one another. Highly recommend! I was entrusted with a copy of the book by the author and this voluntary review contains my honest opinions.

Welcome back to Shiloh Ridge Ranch! Judge is the third child and his Dad described him as the glue between the older two and the younger four. He is the one that always listens and loves all the siblings. He has loved June for five years but she is so wrapped up in being the mother of a teenager that she can’t see herself as anything else. When her daughter is gone for the summer they really connect and June begins to believe that she can love Judge, be more than just a mother and businesswoman. But when her daughter has an accident far from home she tells Judge it will never work. It’s her daughter that encourages her to be all things she wants to be and to get Judge back. This series features older main characters that are very relatable. You get an update to all the Glover families and they also have a lot going on! You will love them all. Once again, Liz Isaacson has created a great inspirational romance!

10th???

Somehow I'd managed to miss that this was 10th in a series, and I read it as if it were a standalone. In that framework, my thoughts were that there were too many characters, too similar to each other, and not introduced properly either. Not much Christianity (at one point I wondered if I was mistaken and it was just a "wholesome" secular romance); not much romance, just ruminations; and more a series of vignettes than one cohesive actual story.

BUT, the latter parts of big series always get like this. They're never as intriguing as the beginning parts, the author starts getting repetitive, it's more an update on characters introduced several books ago than a full story, etc. So once I knew that -- I don't know how I missed it!! -- I increased my rating accordingly.

Running From Love

Judge Glover has been in love with Juniper Nichols for quite some time. She has squashed their relationship numerous times as she believes her happiness takes away her time from taking care of her daughter.

Upon receiving an urgent phone call from her ex about an accident her daughter was in, June spirals out of control and breaks things with Judge, again. This time it's for real as she tries to piece together the signs she missed about Lucy Mae. Why, oh why, does it feel like the worst decision ever made?

Just how many times will Judge take her back? Can he ever forgive her? ~

The Networking of the Nativity

Judge Glover loved June Nichols but neither one knew how to get along with each other. They always seemed to get in each other’s way or not have anything to say to each other. Judge was the one who always did the light display at Shiloh ranch for the Christmas season. He had always got third prize but this year he was aiming for first. June being the one with all the extra technical info offered to help him. This is another story on the brothers and cousins of Shiloh ranch, and a great read for the whole series. June really had to figure out who she is when her daughter leaves for the summer. Will she realize she is more than a mom, or networking professional, or Judge's girlfriend whatever other single thing she might be. Judge just wants her to be herself but is tired of her being so hot and cold with him. When she breaks up with him again when her daughter gets hurt he decides it is enough after doing this for five years, and he is done. Will June figure out the mistake she made in breaking up with Judge before it's too late? Can she convince him to give her one more chance?

Judge and June have an on again off again relationship. This time June says it will be different and she will not put her daughter Lucy Mae before Judge all the time. Things go really well until June gets a phone call. In a text she breaks up with Judge yet again. Love these books because you not only get a new love story but all the rest of the family has a little bit where you catch up on their lives. I love they way Liz Isaacson crafts each story so you can’t help but enjoy the journey.

I am loving this Saga of the Glover family! Judge and June do not disappoint, Judge is a patient man, but is not with out his own insecurities, and I love his passion for the Christmas light contest! June has a daughter from her pervious marriage, she wants to focus all her attention on her daughter Lucy Mae, which is commendable, but for some reason feels she cannot have a boyfriend AND be there for her child? This book also shows us a look into the lives of the rest of the family. Wonderful clean book, no cliff hangers.

Judge and June encounter many obstacles to their romance, and just when things look promising June drives a further wedge between them but with a bit of computer wizardry she gets back on track. Meanwhile Judge decides this will be his last light show but it will be his best yet whether he wins or not. There are other upheavals happening in this book which cause family stress but also there is a lot of love. Really enjoyable story.
Also the bonus book The Yes At Yuletide brings some unexpected not to the family.

A lovely novel with a bunch of teen issues and finding your identity. I enjoyed this lesser seen brother and absolutely cannot wait for the next book and novella!

Yes at Yuletide:
This was a lovely, short novella that ties these two loved families together. I loved all of the perspectives and it’s so cool to watch everyone after reading about their happily ever afters in two series. I’m glad Rory and Ollie got together throughout the series and we get a wedding conclusion.

I received an ARC of this book and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

As the next book in the Shiloh Ridge Ranch in Three Rivers, this is a much anticipated book! The main characters are two very busy people. Their lives and other relationships keep getting in the way of them getting together. Both need to decide whether or not a relationship is important enough to make time for each other. The twists and turns keep you on the edge of your seat. A wonderful story of love and perseverance! I highly recommend this book!! I'm going to admit to reading the first 2 chapters of the next book because I wasn't ready to leave the Glovers. I love that not only do we get Judge's and June/Juniper's story but Liz Isaacson catches us up on the rest of the Glovers (and there is a lot of them) and the Walkers (also a lot of them). I think we should all feel better knowing that if as rich, talented and good-looking as the Glovers are, they can have so many insecurities then it is ok for us to have them. I love the touching scenes, the humor, the romance and even the angst. Treat yourself to the Glovers.

Loved it! What an amazing story about life and how we have to choose who and what we want in life. We can choose to be sad, miserable and lonely or not. We can choose to surround ourselves with people that will help us to be a better person. We can choose to be there for family and to have God in our lives. We can choose to forgive. Life is not easy but I believe that if we choose the better parts of it and work hard to be our best self each day we can be happy. Don’t get me wrong life still has its ups and downs but it is much better if we choose the better part.

More Drama, More Babies, More Love

I love these families and their stories! I've been binging these books for days now. Makes me miss my own big family. I love how these stories don't shy away from the hard stuff - single parenting, sibling rivalries, teenagers, drugs and just plain messes in real life. It's nice to see people figuring out who they really are and what their priorities truly are. Another great book, this time with Judge and June. Cowboys and romance - can't beat it.

Am I the only one that wanted to shake June and say get with it lady? Seriously I just felt like Judge got off raw deal with her often. But how do you like the way it all came together in the end.

And there were some definite shining moments throughout the story. Especially love June confronts Ollie & Aurora. There’s a wellness and reality there, but also much love. It was just very well done.

There was a lot concerning Lucy and the situation in California that I felt was not fully developed. I’ll be curious to see if it’s continued in the remaining books of the series.

I had an Advance Readers Copy of this book, but this is my voluntary and honest opinion. Liz Isaacson continues this series with this newest book. As with the others, it continues the story of the Glover family members. I am thoroughly enjoying this series and the personalities of each of the family members. In this one, Judge is dating the wifi company owner, June who struggles with who she is since her daughter has graduated and started college.

Judge has been waiting a loooong time for June to come around. Her excuses were raising her daughter and she was too busy with her business. Well, her daughter has left Texas to California to attend college. Just when he thinks he is making progress, she is having identity issues. Will she come around? We also get caught up with the rest of the family and new babies. Another great episode of the Glover family!

Good reading

I struggled with Juniper’s behaviour towards Judge and her indecision irritated me. But that’s really what happens when you’re a single parent. You just want to protect your child and be there for them. Many parents blame themselves for their children’s decisions and that’s what Juniper did. I applaud Judge for his faithfulness for five years and his forgiving spirit. This book was thought provoking for me. I’d recommend it.

Great story. Judge and June have so much going on. Will they ever get together? Wonderful characters, all of the residents of Shiloh Ridge Ranch. This story has a lot happening, and not just with Judge and June. I highly recommend this one.

The bible says to forgive 70*7 and June was approaching the limit. Judge had pined after her for 5 years before she finally decided to go out with him. She had a teenage daughter who came first. She felt guilty having a boyfriend as well. How many times did she break up with him? Too many too count. Will she be able to ask for his forgiveness one last time?

Great Series/loved it

This book was so good and it left me excited for the books to come.  It captivated me from the beginning, brought tears to my eyes several times though out, left me with a smile and wanting more of this family.   It was great to read Judge and June's story and I'm so looking forward to Mister's book

She loves me. She loves me not.

What a roller coaster relationship. Judge and Juniper seem doomed, but maybe not. I love that Liz Isaacson makes me feel the emotions with her characters and draws me right into their lives. It’s fun to get the updates on the other characters, too. As expected, The Networking of the Nativity is a great story that’s well written.

I really liked Judge’s story. He has loved June for so long but she keeps putting her family first. In this story you also get a few surprises and a wedding, plus more babies. The only thing I didn’t like was not knowing if Judge’s light show won or not. I will have to read the next book to find out. It was a good love story. I would recommend this book and series to all.

Loved this book with Judge and June who are older and she still has a teenager to raise so she is pulled between the love she has for Judge and her daughter Lucy Mae. This book will draw you in and keep you there wondering if Judge and June will be able to work out a relationship with each other while keeping their responsibilities to their families.

The Networking of the Nativity

This is such a good series that follows the Glover family as they grow and work and learn more about how to love. Judge and June have an up and down relationship. She is struggling to become more than a mom. Judge has waited to date her for five years. Can they finally get together and make things work out?
