When Miss Mary Morstan calls on Holmes to help solve the mystery of her missing father, the two roommates are soon off on a quest to discover stolen treasure and solve a murder.

The usual witty and engaging sherlock holes story. It also gives a glimpse into the racial overtones in the writings of english writers during the time of sepoy mutiny in India or during British raj in India. The cultural implications are not missed in this one.

La ame como a ninguna otra novela o relato que haya leído hasta ahora. Es realmente fácil engancharse y las pistas y sucesos son interesantes a todo momento.

This was the book that made me like reading. There is not much to say,every page you read from it makes you want to read more,the level of mystery is just right,it doesn't make you bored or anything,simply great movie.
