short stories of a country vet. Enjoyed this knowing some of the area and people mentioned.

A delightful collection of stories gathered over a lifetime of practicing large animal veterinary medicine. Knowing the vet personally makes this book even more enjoyable. It's written like you're sitting in his truck on a call listening to him tell stories. The only critique I'd give is the book needed some copy editing, but it didn't take away from the experience.
