Two powerful men, both used to getting exactly what they want. What happens when they both want the same thing?
Kasia has always walked a fine line between her two worlds. The traditional values instilled by her hardworking immigrant parents clash with the decadence and sense of entitlement that surround her every day as she navigates life as a scholarship student amid the rich and the privileged.
When she takes a chance on someone from the other side of the tracks—the type of man Kasia has always avoided—he seduces her, loves her, and lures her down a path paved with passion and uncertainty.
Forced to make a choice between two men who love her deeply, which life will she choose? Will she stand beside the man who promises her the moon and the stars, or will she find her heart’s desire at home?

I was torn on this book review because it was very difficult to get through the first half of this book. This could be just personal preference for me, as two of my big no-nos in romance (and I read a ton of them) are cheating, unless very well done, and instant love.
I was IN a sorority, so I have a bit of knowledge on fraternity life and I can say that there are a ton of stand up character in that lifestyle. While that is undeniably true, Dylan's ENTIRE personality following the act of smashing the phone card was unlike it was during that act. And not with Kasia, I am meaning with his FRIENDS. He is a different person with his friends than with her, as evidence of his solo time away.
The instant love can be explained that they were friends for mere weeks before the few dates, but I don't buy it. They were in love almost instantly. Like...20% into the book? Maybe less? I didn't see where the book was going to go. (THANKFULLY, it was going somewhere and I was happy for the second half. I'm glad I didn't give up on it. If I had, I would have rated the book a solid 2, maybe less. But the last 40% of the book is very, very good.)
I just have to mention that there are some editing errors that stick out...the there/their/they're and you're/yours. I am a grammar nerd. Again, many people either don't notice or don't even care, but this irks me. There weren't many, maybe...4 or 5?
So...the good things...I tend to start off on the bad side, but there were some good elements in this book. The love scenes were very well done. There were a lot and although some of them were fade to black, it felt fine. Too often a book feels laden with sex, so that was fine with me.
Kasia, while at first I felt she was weak, had her own thing going. She had her intuition up and even though she didn't act on it, she knew the score. Or maybe she didn't KNOW, but she had an idea. I HATE weak women in romance books because so few of them exist in real life. The ones that exist in fiction, I mean. She wasn't willing to cave to Dylan's idea of living with him, dropping her company, and traveling around with him to be arm candy. Props to her.
The introduction of Jacob was perfection. I was getting annoyed with Dylan.
The end of the book makes it seem that there is more to the story, so I hope at least one of the characters gets some resolution and one of them HAS their resolution.
Overall, I would give it 3.5-4 stars.
Disclaimer: I was given a copy by the author for an honest review.
I didn't know the plot of this book before I started. When I saw the name Kasia, even though I know it as a Polish name, I assumed the author hadn't intended it to be pronounced that way. I am a Polish American, whose parents emigrated to new York. I felt as if I was hyperventilating at certain points while reading this because the kitchen/holiday scenes in the book were so much like my family celebrations growing up. Aside from the surprise at feeling so connected to the main characted in this way, the story was fantastic. It's very mature in terms of sexual content but it's not cheap...I felt deeply for these characters, even the flawed, very bad, but oh soooooo good, Dylan.
This series gets better book by book. The plotline in this book totally took me by surprise. Don't worry, I won't give anything away but it was a great read. Highly recommended.
I have so many mixed emotions with this one. I felt it all and I will probably still be feeling it for many days to come. It was an amazing story that draws you in and you won't want to put down. Because I don't want to give anything away I will say only this... I have never wanted so badly for two people to be together and make it work out any way they could, but yeah Let me go... I just can't let this book go! Great job
Loved this book. Darker and more intense than the others in the series. I've read the other reviews and see what an intense reaction people have to Dylan. Hate/Love...he is a disturbing character but I give "hats off" to a person who can write in a way that makes me so angry at one point but at the same time make me roots for the supposed villain. The sex scenes were fantastic, by the way :)
I was surprised that I liked this book as much as I did. Like so many other readers, the cheating is a deal breaker for me. But for once, we get a look inside the mind of the unfaithful and at times I felt sorry for Dylan. He seemed to mourn his own lack of character and knew he was undeserving of Kasia but still loved her (to the extent that he could love anyone.) His life became a self fulfilling prophecy and he got the ending he deserved. Kasia was a strong girl but naïve in so many ways. She loved Dylan and wanted him to be better than he was. Loved the scene between her brother Tom and Dylan. Mental high fives! Dylan responded in true character--his REAL self! Not the person he'd tried to be with Kasia.
I loved Jake. He wasn't perfect either but he was perfect for Kasia. Loved the epilogue with the unexpected appearance of Dylan and his surprise confession.

When I started out reading this book I wasn't expecting to fall in love with characters as I did. The book was well written and easy to follow. I guess maybe I am alittle surprised at how it ended. I did think h fell in love with Jake alittle to fast for my taste. But taking their relationship slow, getting to know one another, fixed what I felt was fast. In my option take a chance on this book. You won't be sorry.
Just re-read this for no reason except that I wanted to read something a little naughty. But I really love this author's style. This is a romance that's a little dark, a little troubling, and has a bad-boy that you can't help but be drawn in by. I also love the female lead and just the world the author has created for them.
Just finished last night. Another great love story but, like the others in this series, it's hard, raw, and stripped down. You feel the love, warmth, pain, anger and shame that these characters feel. The story keeps you flipping the pages, needing to know what happens next.
Wow what an emotional book. I was so torn with Dylan. He is such a tragic sad story, who I wanted to be better. I loved the way the story plays out, but yet a little sad for the love that was lost. Great read....
Let Me go is the third installment in the Let Me Series by Lily Foster. Please note that I have read this series out of order and this does not detract at all from the story lines. In fact I found myself going back and reading the first and second book afterwards simply because they were so good. That being said I did have one major problem with this story, Dylan I cannot stand cheating men and this is what Dylan is in a nut shell I will tell all of you who like me will hate him on principle I promise Kasia does end up with someone perfect for her. The story is a new adult novel set in today’s society and with rich overtones from immigrant influences. I would recommend this story to anyone who loves a good romance with some heartbreak along the way, all up I thought it was a wonderful novel.

I liked the story, the main characters and just the world that surrounded them. You could totally relate to Kasia and her struggles. It was interesting to see where it was all going to lead to. Personally I had trouble picturing how the book would end. But honestly, I believe in the end it had the best possible ending (can't really discuss it too much). Just know that you will definitely be thinking about it for a while.
The story was well developed and it wasn't such a romantic cliched novel which was a good surprise (you'll like the R rated scenes). If you're looking for something else to read you should give Let Me Go a try!
This book really fucked me over. Was good but pretty sad. suffice to say i got mixed feelings and my poor widdle heart couldnt take it. i was hoping .. just hoping ... but ah damn dats wat makes the book good. it plays on the real world and what life is ACTUALLY like
Honestly though, i dont want to read another book like this again. i read books to fantasize because the real shit sucks, i dont want to be slapped in the face. i actually felt this book and not in a good way..
This book is scorching hot. Just finished it. Read the three books in the series back to back. Loved these characters. Kasia is a smart, driven, proper girl who let's Dylan introduce her to the "dark side." The book is so good that I skipped out on everything I had to do yesterday, stayed in my sweats and kept reading into the early hours of this morning!
This is probably my favorite of the series. I think both Kasia and Dylon grew and learned a lot. Kasia was stronger than most women would be in her position, however she did take in Dylon's actions and his way of life and that is why she was able to handle the situation. love the way it ends up. won't spoil it for anyone. you must read. would love to see a book about Caitlin and Mick.
Amazing! If you liked book two you will just love this book. I enjoyed the struggles these young adults had and the journey they had to take to become happy. I can't say more since I really want everyone to read the book!
My favorite book followed closely behind book two!
This is a well crafted book. I like this author's style, as she goes between alternating points of view seamlessly. Definitely more appropriate for 18 and over. A book I've recommended to friends, especially my friends who like a well-written book with a smutty side ;)
I read each book and think those characters are my favorites....now Dylan and Kasia are my favorites. This book is a bit darker....more taboo. It was GREAT.

I had never heard of the book or the two in the series before this one. After reading the description I was excited to read it as it seemed like it was right up my alley.
At the beginning of the book I really enjoyed it. I loved the flirting and the whole game of Dylan trying to get Kasia. Then disaster strikes..
Kasia & Dylan are officially dating and have the usual couple outings which is fine, it just struck me too quick. We went through what could have been a whole book, while this was only 25% into it. Dylan resorts back to his father's ways and cheats on Kasia multiple times and never would have told her had he not been caught be her older brother (I really shouldn't be shocked he tried to deny but I am).
We get to about 50 - 60% of the book and I'm desperately waiting for the other guy to show up that the description promised me, because in all honesty Dylan needed to go away and fast.
Then enters Jake.. Sweet Polish Jake ♡ I adored this half of the book with him in it. it got to the point where I was hooked and needed more of them.. I'm disappointed that the whole book wasn't just about them alone. I could read Jake and Kasia forever.
I enjoyed the ending of the book as it gives you closure for most if not all of the characters we are introduced to. Not only that it jumps to the future and you get to see the life Jake and Kasia built with each other.
Overall I think the book was average... The first half deserves a 2 while the whole last half deserves a 5!
The story was interesting, left me wanting more at parts and had me emotionally involved in the story.. I can't tell you how many times I wanted Dylan to overdose...
After reading this book I wished I was apart of a big polish family so that I could one day find a 'Jake' of my own.
I recommend this book to those who are able to stick out the bad parts to get to the truly happy ending.
I am glad I read this book, but I wish I was better prepared for the way the book seemed to be written as two halves.
I received a complimentary e-copy of Let Me Go in exchange for an honest review.
I really enjoyed the story even though I think it's the first time that I was truly annoyed with the main male character every time they were apart. I didn't always agree with Dylan's actions or how he dealt with his actions so I was glad when everything finally became known. When Dylan and Kasia were together, whether it was still at school or both of them in New York, I was truly rooting for them, but when he had to travel for work, I had a feeling that his true colors would show.
When Kasia was renovating her space, I loved Jake as soon as we met him and knew he'd somehow be a major character in the story.
The ending was a bit rushed for me but it worked. It was just a little whirlwind for me to all of a sudden we see Kasia and her husband and all their children. And I will say that the scene on the beach where Kasia said goodbye to one of her life's lives tore at me and his response floored me!!!
Looking forward to moving on to Book #4, which is Anna's (Dylan's cousin) story.
I enjoyed most of this book. I liked how the author took time to develop the characters and their relationship. *spoiler alert* however, the person she ended up with seemed rushed and how it happened seemed completely out of character. She commits herself to Dylan but is back in town for less than a day and admits being in love with the other guy, which the readers didn't know a whole lot about. It just seemed unfair to spend the time growing the characters relationship with Dylan, only to feel robbed at her developing relationship with the guy she ends up with. I did however enjoy the book until that point so I would consider picking up another book from this author in case this one was a fluke.
Whilst I enjoyed this book for the most part, I was a little... confused by it?
SPOILERS!!!
I personally don't enjoy books with cheating, which this book included. It also felt like you were supposed to be hoping that Dylan and Kasia were supposed to have their HEA at the start. But then it was just... over. I don't mind instant love in a book, but twice for the same main character was a bit much.
Dylan got the ending he deserved. So did Kasia. Which was why I rated it a three. But overall, I didn't feel a strong connection to any characters.

I have read the entire series (in a week!) If you asked me which book is my favorite I wouldn't be able to tell you. I enjoyed each book immensely. Each book has an amazing storyline that will keep you from putting the book down. The characters all have realistic flaws and likeability that a reader can relate to. I thoroughly enjoyed how Lily Foster included characters from her other stories so you can see different sides of a character that you have already met. Lily Foster knows and understands her characters and writes them beautifully. I highly recommend the whole series.
I was gifted a copy of this book for an honest review.
I really enjoyed this book, however there were times when I didn't care for the characters, which made me sad because I really wanted to. But I did enjoy the fact that these weren't always your typical romance characters. The beginning of the book I felt was too rushed at times but then felt there were times when it dragged on.
Overall I enjoyed this college romance that took it "outside of college". I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys that genre and a good sex scene :) I look forward to reading more from this author.
Read all three books in the series and am READY for the next. Loved Let Me Be The One and then was blown away by Let ME Love You. Each book in the series is happening at the same time from the perspective of different characters. The plots are loosely related but since everyone has different things going on in their lives, the plots lines are not similar at all. While I liked the first book a lot, each subsequent story was more gripping and emotional.
