A great way to review and learn

Spanish Short Stories was both a comfortable book and a challenging book to read. It was comfortable because it reinforced what I knew, in a way that wasn't childish. It felt like a conversation as it visits the thoughts and emotions that we all have had when we finally clean out that closet. Should I keep it? Would it have any value to anyone else? Does it have value to me? It's a challenge, because most of my Spanish is medical, and it was great to teach common phrases people use. Each story begins with essential vocabulary, provides a helpful narrative about organizing in Spanish, and then repeats it in English. Very useful and an enjoyable way to learn.

Learn Spanish and decluttering at the same time

I just started learning Spanish and I’m enjoying this book a lot. It’s a creative and relaxing way to practice Spanish while also learning about decluttering. The stories are short, and easy to follow, even for me who has been studying the language for just a month. It gets a little more challenging as you go, which I love as well. Each lesson has vocabulary lists and questions to help check understanding. It’s perfect for beginners or anyone looking for something different from the usual textbook approach. And you learn two things at the same time: decluttering and Spanish.

I moved to Puerto Rico, and need to learn Spanish. These stories were perfect for where I am in learning. Thanks so much!

I enjoyed reading the stories in easy Spanish. I have been trying to learn Spanish using Duolingo. The only missing is ability to practice speaking using this book. I can read out loud to myself but am not sure if I am pronouncing all of the words correctly.
