Pretty cool, but nothing earth shattering. Some good reminders and ideas regarding productity can be found in this book. Nicely summed up. I really loved the illustrations! Little ninjas made from office stationery and stuff- makes the book fun and creative.
BE A NINJA, THEY ARE NOT SUPERHUMAN BUT THEY APPEAR TO BE SO. 😎
‘Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated.’ – Confucius, fav quote from this book. I loved this book 📚.. I have read so many books about Productivity but this IS the best.
A short preview of the Productivity Ninja approach. It doesn’t take a superhuman effort or magic powers - it just takes effort, a plan and organization. A good intro.
I know this is a SAMPLER but would have liked more specific tips or instructions. Great ideas though. Especially that perfection is not always going to be achieved. The characteristics he describes will support being productive.
I found this book to be more theoretical rather than presenting the reader with actionable tangible quests. Nethertheless the reader is presented with a light and enjoyable style of writing under the guise of an actionable ninja ready to take on the world by altering negative habits and improving organisation skills.
The best thing about this book is the illustrations, and imagining yourself as a ninja. It has some good goals of flexibility and zen but it struggles when it comes to giving practical life advice on how to reach those ideals. I like to imagine myself as a ninja occasionally and this book is a lot of fun. I can't say it changed my habits, perspective, or life. But it is super cute and quirky.
I wish I knew these things in college. I think every person should ask for help, avoid people, and do the work. This advice is the best advice I ever had, in a longtime.
Great quick read loaded with practical tools for the 21st Century knowledge-worker. As a freelance writer I'm always on the lookout for practical productivity tips. This book brings a totally new mindset to approach my system.
For those who know the difference between being busy and being productive this book ensures that you get the right mindset for being productive. The book tells about how you can be a Ninja in life if you apply the principles mentioned in the book.
