There’s something so thrilling and exciting about Sierra Cartwright’s writing. It’s incredibly clever, humorous and passionate. She makes geeky sexy which I love. Although it’s quite insta romance it doesn’t feel overly forced or contrived. Rather; it comes across quite convincing and powerful as the story goes on – though I did somewhat struggle with the timespan of certain scenarios.

“I needed to be sure I could let go of the past.”

The banter and interaction is so inquisitive, all-encompassing and natural you feel it building with every word and you feel part of a new discovery and romance. The scenery and imagination is quite breath-taking. Four friends who individually are sexy, successful passionate dominants. Each, so far, has a story which is told brilliantly and Grant & Aria’s is no different.

“You’re coloring outside my lines again.”

“That’s what I want,” he told her. “And it’s what you want, as well.”

“I’m going to make you yearn for me, Aria. For me and only me.”

Aria is a woman in control of her life and comes across quite single-minded and focused. She has a path and she dictates the route. There’s no cross roads, sharp corners or bends as far as she’s concerned though life did recently take a change of course which unsettled her somewhat and has caused a subconscious limbo.

“You chew through weak men as if they’re candy, then you complain when you get a toothache.”

Grant could almost be considered a workaholic recluse. This man is loneliness personified due to a broken relationship that hurt him deep. He’s heading for a burnout in his spectacular mountain retreat. A home that provides him with a lifestyle where he doesn’t get much human interaction. Enter Aria and his life suddenly has colour again and his very being wakes up.

In other words – Julien happens, my Julien I hasten to add because this man STILL has my heart. He is like a constant force in every book so far, the master puppeteer who seems quite lost himself but overcompensating with his brilliant mind, his dead pan sarcastic humour and his love and protection of those he holds dear. Sigh….where was I? Yes, so Julien works his astute ‘magic’ and as always acts out concern, love and respect.

Each book in this series can be read as standalone; however I’d recommend reading this series in the order suggested to get to know all the characters, experience the hot passion and follow the charming gorgeous genius – Julien. I can’t even describe how much I love this man!

“You’re pushing a nut up a mountain with your nose.” He frowned.

“What the hell does that mean?”

“I’m not sure,” Julien admitted. “Sounded better in my head before it came out my mouth.”

The Romance Review

Kink plus geek will always catch my attention. When the geeky part involves holograms and advanced smart house technology, I'm wet just visualizing it. For me, stimulating the brain is really the best foreplay. In COMMAND, Ms. Cartwright commands my attention from the beginning.

Aria DeWitt is an accomplished businesswoman with a fabulous career. One of Julian's inner circle, she's privy to his special projects. What she doesn't want to be is one of his special projects. Forced to delegate her day job and switch to work on a hush hush project, Aria travels to Arizona to work with Grant Kingston. Grant is one of Julian's best mates from college. He's a genius in the lab and magic in the bedroom. The last thing Grant wants is a woman interfering with his perfect solitude.

The technology in this story is what really hooks me in. I loved all of it and really wish it were reality. Grant's project and his dominance are appealing and weave a seductive haze for me. I can't get enough of him. Aria feels the same as her protective walls are demolished by his unintended seduction. The chemistry between these two characters is hot. Their intellectual synergy gives me a giddy high as they create an interactive smart house. Where do I get one? I understand the dangers of having a smart house, but still, it is so cool.

The kink in this story is perfect for those enjoying light BDSM. It's kinky, romantic and the male character oozes dominance. He may be conflicted with his desires for Aria, but he definitely knows how to wring orgasms out of her. Just as it is nice to see Aria enjoying her submission and letting go. Ms. Cartwright's writing style is engaging and easy to read. The book easily hooks a reader and keeps them interested, page after page. What is also fun is some of the one-liners she slyly delivers.

"Every male instinct in him flared, and Grant almost tripped over his own libido. (pg. 20)

This kinky romance is highly recommended as a Gateway to BDSM book for technophiles.

Sierra Cartwright's writing continues to blow me away. This author is a woman who knows what she writes about. It's smart, sexy, and sensual, and amazingly informative. I learn something new about this beautiful world of BDSM every time I pick up one of her books, and COMMAND is no different. COMMAND is book 3 in the BONDS series by Ms. Cartwright, but it can be read as a standalone. I guarantee once you finish this, you will immediately want to dive into the rest of the series. It's that addictive!

This is a story about a man who is surrounded by beauty every single day, and yet he sees nothing. It's about an independent woman who has yet to be challenged by a man. Both of them bury themselves in their work, and leave no time for the rest of the world. When circumstances force these two level-headed, successful business associates to work together, it opens them up to a world full of passion, pleasure, and pain.
Sierra Cartwright takes us on a sensual journey of two people finding themselves in one another. COMMAND is a journey of one woman discovering the beauty of surrender, and the man who will take her to new heights and beyond. This exploration into BDSM is enticing, beautiful, and absolutely fascinating.

Two coworkers come together to create more than just the next big thing in the company. When the lines blur and the challenge is accepted, there is no turning back. Lust to adoration to love. Respect to trust to devotion. Grant and Aria are in for the ride of their lives. There is no denying what they could be for each other, and in order to achieve their ultimate goal, they must indeed LIVE DANGEROUSLY. For the first time in their lives, work will be the very LAST thing on their minds.

Grant and Aria are two characters that were VERY easy to fall in love with. And their journey together, simply amazing to read about. COMMAND stimulated my mind, body, and soul and brought such raw emotion with it. This was an overall, delightful and delicious read.

This author is so good at writing a story. You just can't go wrong by picking a book of hers up and reading it. I liked this one. The third in a great series of friends/co-workers. This installment a stand alone featuring Grant...a little Kookie, withdrawn and mysterious...a dominant man who is irritated when his best friend Julian, head of the company sends Aria to work on a project with him to his secluded home. They hit it off immediately and it seems so natural and believable. She introduces her to a "different type of sex life" and she pulls his soft side out...only for her. A sweet romance with some spice.

Series Review: BONDS [1-3] on my blog

*Complimentary ARC provided by the publisher for the purpose of an honest review.

The CEO/rich dominant and the neophyte trope didn't have that stale taste of most other books in this genre. The men and women are on equal footing from the very beginning; the men are teasing but respectful. One or the other may not be interested in a relationship, but they don't balk when they realize their feelings are evolving. What the books in the Bonds series have in common are mature characters, mature dialogue sprinkled with a bit of humor, and melt-your-panties-off sex.

Grant had been mentioned throughout the series, but he never really stood out to me. However, I am so glad that I was given the opportunity to read the series in its entirety. This couple was probably my favorite one. From the cheeky, flirtatious banter to the verbal seduction, their attraction was always palpable. I didn't have a problem with two consenting adults and co-workers moving into sexual territory after a mere twelve hours. They moved fast, but nothing about it felt...skeevy.

Grant was a recluse; despite the close friendship to Julien, Reece and Kennedy, he preferred to live in solitude. On some level, he realized he was lonely, but his work for Bonds kept him functioning. In essence, he was hiding from the disappointment of his past, his failed engagement in particular. Aria was a strong woman, successful, stubborn, and a workaholic. Her own failed engagement has left her adrift in her personal life, much like Grant.

Even though the story was 80% sexual and 20% of them doing work or simply talking, it wasn't like those books that are just crammed full of sex to get a rise out of the reader. And no offense to such books; they have their time and their place. There was a lot of sex, however each encounter ended with them expressing themselves or opening up honestly. The beauty of Grant and Aria lay in their self discovery, i.e. being workaholics, they'd forgotten how to enjoy life's simple pleasures, preferring to escape disappointing pasts by losing themselves in their work, noticing their lack of companionship, thinking about a different future than the ones they'd laid out for themselves. Their great sense of humor, witty banter and open honesty about everything in their lives, and her eager acquiescence to BDSM was the flirtation, the wooing and ultimately built the romance.

My heart broke for them a little towards the end. They seemed to have no problem communicating about everything, except love. And I was proud of Aria for taking the first step, even though she was obviously out of her element and uncomfortable with putting her heart on the line. The ending was emotional, but it was perfect for these two.

Julien Bonds was a genius, boss and confidant, and closest to his inner circle of friends and business partners, Grant, Reece and Kennedy. I had the feeling he was also an occasional cupid; the way he steered his friends into position to receive what they didn't know they wanted but needed. I loved his sense of humor, but behind the veil of his meddling ways was a man who clearly cherished his friends, and he always put them first before his business. On the one hand, I'm sad that he probably won't get his own story. On the other hand, I don't mind letting the genius keep his mysteriousness.

I have nothing but love for this series! If I could have all three books in one volume, I'd buy it in a heartbeat so I could have hours of uninterrupted reading pleasure and fully immerse myself in this world. I wouldn't mind living in the world surrounding (more like orbiting) around Julien Bonds and his friends. If you're a fan of BDSM romances, then I would highly recommend this series.

Command, this third entry in the Bonds series, was all I could ask for in a book. Fun and entertaining, this story had me alternating between giggles and sighs. With awesome characters, hot sex, a great story-line there was no putting this book down.

Mister Grumpy Pants has met his match! Throughout the series I have found Grant to be such a reclusive grump but getting to experience him in his own book, I'm doing a complete 180. He's not grumpy, just misunderstood. He's actually very sweet in a geeky kinda way. Smart, strong and sexy, Aria is just what Grant needs. P.S. - I want her boots! Their dialog is quick, snappy and oh so entertaining. And the sex...mmmmm! You take two smexy people and throw them in a remote 'cave' things are definitely going to heat up. Okay seriously folks, there is a natural development between these two that was a absolute pleasure to watch unfold. And the technology that they talk about...I want a Molly! Of course all of this wouldn't be going on if our friendly meddling boss - slash - best buddy Julian didn't stick his nose in it. So of my favorite parts, or at least had me laughing the hardest, revolve around him.

I always end every book by Sierra Cartwright with a big smile. She has a way of taking me on a journey that keeps hooked from cover to cover and as soon as I'm finished I'm telling all my friends you got to read this book. Now normally I'm sad when a book ends especially when I really enjoy the characters. but in this case, I am absolutely giddy because I know there are four friends and three have gotten their own books. Which means there has to be one more book and I know who's next. *SCREAMS* Julian!!!!

This is the final book in the Bonds trilogy by Sierra Cartwright. As with the preceding two books in the trilogy, it is, in my opinion, another example of Ms. Cartwright's ability to write an outstanding erotic BDSM novel. Once again, Ms. Cartwright has taken a story that could have been a simple, mundane and ordinary erotic romance and used her capability as a skilled storyteller to make it into a complex erotic novel filled with the multiple and layered elements of the BDSM lifestyle. The fact that I have now read two complete trilogies of Ms. Cartwright's work that are based in the intricacies of the BDSM lifestyle and that each book in each trilogy is not only an excellent novel in and of itself but each novel also fits into the overall storyline of each trilogy proves to me that she is at the top of this particular genre of literature.

Again, as mentioned in some of my other reviews of not only Ms. Cartwright's books but other e-books in general, there were grammatical and spelling errors in this book. I wish there was some way to communicate to the various publishers of e-books (not just Kindle but Nook and other e-book versions) that the proofreading in this particular form of publishing is far less than optimal and comes nowhere close to being as good as that of print books. However, again, this is my only complaint with this particular e-book.

If you are a fan of excellent, well-written erotic romance, particularly based in the BDSM lifestyle, then I would highly recommend the entire trilogy of books (the Bonds series). All three books are well worth the price of buying them and you won't be disappointed.

* I received an ARC copy of this book in exchange for my honest review*

This is Grant and Aria' s story. I was so excited to read Grant' s story. He and Kennedy have always been my favorites. But, there's just something about this extremely intelligent man, that I've found intriguing in all the books. I couldn't wait for his story. For one, he was always such a mystery and recluse, so I wanted to get to know him. And, this book doesn't let us down. He is just as sexy and gentlemanly as I hoped. Aria is his coworker. She works for Julien Bonds, as well. She just got out of a meaningless relationship and Julien sends her on a task. To get away. He figures that since Grant is always locked away in his "cave", what two better people to work together? Neither Grant or Aria is pleased with this plan at first. Let's just say Grant is one sexy Dom and Aria is taking his advice to live dangerously. This book had a bit of a Fifty Shades feel to it that I liked. Of course much sexier, though. And a great HEA.

3.5 stars rounded up to 4. Two very bright people working for a high tech guru are thrown together to make a new high tech device suitable for marketing to the public. Turns out he's kind of a recluse Dominant and she's not sure why her personal life just never seems to work out for her. He introduces her to BDSM and she finds her sexual eyes opened, in a good way.

I liked this one because even though he is the dominant, she never lost her feistiness nor her intelligence. It was definitely the coming together of two equals, just in different roles.

This series has had me hooked

I am sorry to see the end of this series, especially with the fact that Julien didn't find his own HEA. I am very much hoping that means his will me found in the Donovan series (a girl can hope). This book continues to hold up to the great writing standards we have come to expect from Sierra Cartwright.

I like how Sierra Cartwright writes. BDSM is not only whipping or hand slapping. The physical side of things. BDSM is more about psychological component. The frame of mind. And she builds on it perfectly.
For some reason the description of this book was not very inviting for me and I decided finally to give it a go because I'm trying to finish all my open series. I was pleasantly surprised. Even more so.
This is a story of two wounded people who were in a broken relationships and as a result were damaged by them but they feel instant attraction to each other that they cannot and do not want to fight. They are very compatible in work process and ignite ideas in one another so right from the start you suspect that their sexual relationship will be as tuned as work one.
Grant is here some kind of prince on a white horse who introduce Aria into the world she didn't know exist. Well, she knew the word but her idea was corrupted by the trash talks she heard. The reality hit her like a train but she liked it so much she only asked for more and more. The more he showed her the greedier she became to experience more. I think the reason for that was not only that she was a submissive in her heart but that he was a right man for her so for him/with him she could endure anything. So maybe she was submissive because he was a dominant. I know you supposed to use capital letters for that but I am being lazy :)
In other words, if a vanilla girl would like a fairy tale about how man turned her into a submissive woman - this is a story to pick up. It's very well balanced and scenes are not repeating themselves or ones from other parts.
In a way all three parts of Bonds stories are following the similar pattern so I was not surprised when this happen here too -- But author is so good that this predictable pattern is not annoying or boring cause they have too much psychological and emotional stuff meat on the story bones. You enjoy the storyline and you console yourself in a down part that all should be well in the end.

'Command' is the third and final, as of this review, book in the tantalizing "Bonds" series by Sierra Cartwright. If you've been following the series, then you know Grant Kingston is one of the four members of this close-knit group of men who have known and stayed tight since college. He's the genius who makes things work. The one who has a tendency to be focused and driven in all aspects of his life. As a matter of fact, after his last failed relationship, he moved to New Mexico and, if rumors are to be believed, this Bonds genius engineer lives in a cave. Unfortunately, the longer he's there the more reclusive he's become. And then there's Aria. She works with Julian Bonds and considers him a friend. She's always done what was expected from her until the engagement. The closer it got to the wedding, the more uncomfortable she felt about getting married. Everyone told her it was just nervous jitters that all brides-to-be experience but Aria didn't buy that. She canceled the wedding and now puts all her efforts into her career. When Julian assigns these two to work together there is instant resistance from both of them even though they've never personally met. Sierra Cartwright has put so much emotion, feeling, and care into this story. Both of these characters have strong personalities and yet both have been damaged and are still holding onto that bit of insecurity from it. The BDSM explanations, Aria has no prior experience at all, and the scenes took me from heart-melting to panty-drenching within a few paragraphs! I was thrilled with this book and would recommend not only the book but the entire series.

Aria broke off her engagement and is a little bereft and mad when Julien Bond her boss sends her to New Mexico to work on a project with his bff and chief engineer Grant Kingston. Grant can’t seem to bring a crucial project to fruition and Julien believes that he might need a distraction and her name is Aria Grant is gorgeous. intense and into BDSM. When things start to heat up for them, they will both need to face their past and slowly Grant will show Aria the beauty behind submission. Can they have a future without Julien’s meddling? Passion, heartbreak, glory will pull you into this intensely deep story. The question remaining is: What about Julien?

I missed this one the first time around, but it caught my eye recently. I am a big Sierra Cartwright and this meets all my expectations. I know when I see her name on a book I know I will get a great story. This is a well written story and it has great characters. Get this one for no other reason than to meet Molly and Shadow. They are secondary characters who help make this a great read. You will enjoy this one. Please remember this is a BDSM story so if that isn't your type story you will not like this one.

Love Sierra Cartwright's writing and as usual, Command keeps you on the edge and you can't help but fall in love w/ Aria and Grant. I fell in love w/ Julian and am sad that the series ended w/out him finding his HEA. Would have loved to see the woman that caught him. I was hoping for either Blanca or Kennedy's sister.

it's a love story like you haven't read in a loooooong time!

LIVE DANGEROUSLY !!!!!!!

Grant (the right hand of Julien - our beloved and always-right genius) and Ari (a powerful woman who takes things head on) are thrown together by none other then our resident genius Julien.
From the beginning it seemed like a bad idea for Grant (who likes his peace and quiet in his high-tech-man-cave) and as a punishment for Ari (that's what you get when you walk out of your own wedding). But by now we should have learned that Julien knows best!

from the beginning the chemistry between Grant and Ari is sizzling and it's been working its way to blow up - literary. throw BDSM in the equation and you got yourself one hot love story !!! but the question is - with all the walls down and our feelings true, what does it take to go for what you want? what you know is meant for you?

"“The way I reacted that day, in the workshop, when I was an ass after what Julien said about your boots…” He exhaled. “That’s when I knew. I’d never felt jealousy like that before. I realized I cared about you, didn’t want to let you go, but damned if I knew how to keep you..."

Reading this genre you get to read a lot of interesting female and male characters but this books is soooo special. Sierra made Ari a smart, independent and headstrong woman who isn't afraid to grab the problem by it horns (or other body parts *hint* *hint*) and wear boots that could rule the world while doing so.

"....She moved to the chair to finish stripping, but she slipped back into the boots. “Julien was right.” He perused her, devoured her with his gaze. “You could rule the world in those things.” “At this moment, I’m only interested in you.”.."

She also gets a first-hand experience in submission and its interesting to view it form her point of you. the emotions in the books are so lovely written that you can relate to them, and you can feel them. and even among the fear of the unknown of Grant's demands when it comes to BDSM and him being a dom, she still has a stand, wits about her, and a killer sense of humor (I was laughing my ass off while reading it).

“What will you say if it gets to be too much?” “Holy shit?”

but the more she opens up the more Grant takes down her walls and has her immersing her into his world. But still, all the ill-preconceived notion about BDSM is ruled out as they start also a very "high quality" professional relationship and work great together. My favorite character quality is that this is a woman who takes her coffee very seriously and doesn't joke around with the add-on's to it and has nooooo problem eating cake!!!!

"“Why doesn’t it surprise me that you speak fluent cake?” She appreciated his teasing answer. “Dessert is my first language.

Grant is a jewel of the book.

"... he was an extraordinarily complicated man, with his heart shrouded by loss..."

you see glimpse of him during the previous books but you never quite get a grasp of him. This book puts it all out there - the good and the bad and the grumpy! the introvert genius is stuck in a rot and is lonely and it takes one hot woman talking to him for a day/or two to get him to open up and see how he set up wrong. you are seduced here by all his flaws and the realness of a person who is true to others and, most importantly, to himself.

"...He wanted her in his arms, against his chest. And he knew he’d use whatever method it took to get her where he needed her to..."

As the book progressed we see the development of feelings for Ari, the re-claiming of his life and his desires and above all - honoring the privileged to introduce to Ari the world of D/s (Que in the male possessiveness - MINE, MINE, MINE woman).

"...No woman— even submissives at the club— had ever responded to him this quickly. It was as if they both fed the flames of arousal..."

He is also honest to her and strives to fulfill all of her fantasies and breaking down on prejudice that Ari has about BDSM and its aspects. He was hurt before and that makes a person cautious, Grant especially. So the pivotal moment breaks the magic and they try to return to life as it was ... just it never will be the same again ...

"...Grant had never had anything like this before, anyone like her. Her softness combined with her strength, might be his undoing..."

"..Aria realized that, in the future, she’d measure every man against him, not just in terms of breathtaking good looks, but also courtesy, humor , caring and, heaven help her, kink. Was it possible to go back after this? Would she even want to?..."

but love wins this round and they find a way back to each other! its great to see Kennedy and Mackenzie and above all you can not fall in love with his banter with Julien even if it seems a bit harsh at times but honest.

If I had five hands all of them would have a thumbs up for this book !!! its interesting, it flows easily and you just can't put it down !!! a definite re-read !!!!

With all she has to offer, she’s his to command…

Aria DeWitt is a runaway bride. Only months away from her wedding, she panicked, returning her engagement ring and donating her gorgeous gown to charity.

She’s less than pleased when she’s reassigned to a new work project and sent to work with Grant Kingston in the middle of nowhere. She knows of his reputation as a recluse and genius, but she isn’t prepared for how handsome, powerful and deliciously Dominant he is, or how he ignites something inside her that no man ever has.

Grant isn’t happy when his cherished solitude and creativity is shattered by Aria’s unwanted and unwelcome arrival. That is until he glimpses her carefully concealed vulnerability. Aria’s confidence and responsiveness intrigue him, ensnaring him in a way he’d never believed possible, chipping away the ice that shrouds his heart.

As he interacts with her, he realizes why she ran from marriage. She’s never met someone strong and complex enough to hold her interest. And suddenly, he’s determined to be that man.

Review:

Ms. Cartwright always writes such interesting stories and characters. I really enjoy how she is realistic in how she portrays BDSM relationships and her stories are smart and intelligent.

In this third and final story in the Bonds Series ;( I am hoping she will change her mind and write a Julian story.

In this story both Aria and Grant need an intervention of sorts and Julian throws these two together in the hopes of sparking not just their interest but creativity for these two who are kind of mired at the moment. Grant is hurting , an over-worked, loner who has gone to New Mexico and has become a recluse and Aria, after just ending an engagement, though while not a recluse, is pretty much on her way by throwing her life into her work. Though neither Aria or Grant want to do what Julian wants, you cannot deny the instant chemistry these two have. I like that she wrote two strong, smart people though each has been through the relationship wringer in their own way. The integral way that the BDSM brings them together and opens each one to the possibilities of more than just a fling is just exciting to read.

A sexy, intelligent read, well-done Ms. Cartwright!

Received an ARC for honest review

I have to admit I did not realize that this book was part of a series that I have not read. I usually look up books before I agree to read them so I make sure I do not get a book that is the middle of a series without reading the books ahead of it. For some reason this book called me and boy am I glad it did. I was hooked on this book after the first few pages. I was enthralled with Grant and Aria. Loving each and every interaction when the BDSM took place or when they were having fun banter.

I am sorry to hear that right know Julien will not get his book. Having not read the first two books I do not know his role but I assume that he was the instigator of all the couples who ended up together. I would love see his story. At first I thought that maybe Blanca would be it and I could still see her bringing Julien to his knees. :)

I was in a book slum not having any really wrap me up and not want to put it down. Then BAM two books in a row came in and took me by surprise and made it to the point of no return. It was a good thing too I needed the escape and both books were ARCs and needed a quick turn around. I overwhelmed myself with several ARCs that came in all at once. Well two of the three are done and ahead of schedule so the last two should be completed with time to spare. If they are as good as this one then I will be done sooner and way ahead of schedule.

I usually do not recommend reading a series out of order, even when the books focus on different couples because even though it may not be contingent on one another but without reading the other books in this series I have to say that I will be recommending this book. I will eventually get to the other two books. If my list of ARCs go like this one did then I will be getting to them sooner than I think.

Without giving to much away, all I can say is I want a Molly and Shadow.

Love Sierra's writing. I was dragged! No that's too harsh a word! into loving her work.

Love Aria, strong independent lady, having just finished a relationship; Julian who we don't know too much about, but that he truly values his friends. So Julian sends her to New Mexico to spend time with the reclusive Grant.

Grant, also a very strong independent guy, with an air of mystery, well from what we learnt from Kennedy and Reece's books. He is a very complex guy, who went ot NM after a painful break up. Julian meddles with Grant and Aria's emotions although that is not quite clear at first, they both don't like the idea of being made to share someone else's space.

They are put together to come up with a new business idea, which seeks great rewards.

It does not take them long to express their inner thoughts and feelings, and not just in a business capacity.

Aria soon learns about Gran's sexual preferences, he explains BDSM so eloquently; I want a Grant.

Grant and Aria work really well together not just on a professional level either, they also have a great sexual chemistry.

He is so attentive and so caring the after care scenes are so lovely.

They have no qualms about expressing their wants and desires when in a scene, but both seemed to clam up in normal conversations. They soon realise they need to be open all the time. I was sad when their job came to an end, and Aria aired her true feelings, with Grant not acting on them, although he selfishly got Aria for one more night, even though it was consensual I did think he was a bit of a cad.

Loved the store opening and really pleased how it ended.

Great story about two people with strong independent minds coming together, reaping the benefits of their union.

Oh my. This was... hehheheee okay. I love that this is the story of Grant Kingston that guy who just ticked me off big time in the first two books? Well, he's not so bad after all! In fact, he's just plain, uber uber sexy. Take that Christian! (oooops?! no apologies!)

Anyway, we have two people whose life revolves around work and basically when life intrudes on their work they actually resent it. So Aria does away with a wedding and a beau and focuses on more work. She really hates to be assigned something else when she's just too busy and did not want to have to deal with something new. But then she sees Grant and, well, there the story begins.

Grant is a nerd, but he does not fit into that generalized category at all. He is so out of the box as a leading man, it's hard to get past his great looks and dominant personality. His nerdiness makes such a huge difference on how I first assumed him to be that it makes it a bit of a shock to the system on how Dom he is. In the usual formula, we have the nerd as the sub but Grant is no sub and Aria is.

But is she really?

The sparks fell off the pages, it's sizzling HOT! . A truly sexy read!

I was given this book by Totally Bound to review...and I loved it. This is the final of three books and for me this was the best.
This is the story of recluse Grant, who's had a bad relationship and so have left, found himself a home hidden away in the mountains...literally. He throws himself into his work to escape the pain of his life. He works and is a co- founder of Bonds which jullain who we've previously meet in other books a gazillionaire, Jullian has a collegue who has suffered a painful, public break down in a relationship. He send her to work with Grant, as she too is very clever, and is a workaholic.
I love the way this author writes. Her style is free flowing and easy to lose myself within.
My only issue with this story, is how fast the relationship developed. The BDSM aspect occurs with the first twelve hours of meeting. Would a strong minded woman be instantly attracted to another, let alone allow him to spank her pussy..I'm not sure, which is why for me this book lost a star.
I found the development of the relationship far to fast, but breathtaking at the same time...I would love a Grant for myself.
Their relationship seemed to be carefree and friendly, with the Dom/ Sub elements when it counted, which I found fairly realistic.
It's a lovely story which I would read over and over...great
