Dark Lord's Commands #2

Dark Lord's Commands 2

Before our kingdom can rise, we’ll need an army.

That’s the thought that keeps me up at night. My name is Robert Grailmont, and I am the Dark Lord of Duskhaven. Two hundred years ago, our nation was destroyed by the goddess of light and the Luminark Empire.

We have made great advances since my coronation. With my ascendant queens by my side, we’ve risen from a group of starving refugees to a true nation.

But to defeat the empire and to liberate our people still held as slaves, we need power. We need an army of ascendant champions.

The key to that power is an ancient artifact, revealed to me by the goddess of night in a vision of the past. We must set out for Nightbound, the old capital of Duskhaven. Ghouls, monsters, and Luminark inquisitors stand in our way, but we shall overcome them and bring Duskhaven to glory once again.

Better and better!!!

This series has some of the best world building!!! Powerful characters, first rate character interaction and enjoyable adult fantasy activities!!! We continue to learn more and more of the evil that is the "light"!! I can't wait to see what happens next!!!

I really, really hate it when serial books start with a rehash of the previous books, especially when it is intertwined with new happenings.

The quest was interesting, the sex scenes are getting longer and more common.
