Lila Bruce makes her home in the mountains of North Georgia, where the air is sweet and the summers are hot. Growing up in a military family, she traveled extensively as a child, living everywhere from Maine to Mississippi, Germany to Georgia, and a few parts in between. Lila loves to read and write contemporary lesbian romances, and is a sucker for a happy ending. When not writing, she spends her days adding to her ever-growing pack of basset hounds, consuming unhealthy amounts of coffee, and dreaming of the day she's able to leave her evil day job behind.
[2023]:- I really loved this when I first read it in 2016. It's umm... inspiring hehe. Bruce really has a way with words that allow you to vividly see the everything in your mind as she's written everything. I'm happy I took the time to read it again.
4 stars. This was very sexy and light and fluffy. Sarah and June had great chemistry and I found them both to be extremely likable. June in particular but I love a confident woman and she was definitely that. She was a bit bratty and knew how to push Sarah’s buttons which was fun. Great writing, hot sex scenes, and a great budding romance. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
